Payment Policy

Payment for all rooms is due in full 10 days after booking.

Rates include tables and chairs but do not reflect refundable damage deposit, equipment fees (microphones, tvs, vcrs, projectors, stage, table skirting, coffee service, piano) or catering charges. Payment for all rooms is due in full upon
receipt of contract at risk of
reservation cancellation.

The capacities of rooms listed are based on an approximate number of people each room can accommodate. Theatre style describes chairs only; classroom style is rectangular tables with chairs on one side only; oblong and circular tables each seat 8 people.
