The 11,808 square foot Pioneer Exhibit Hall is perfect for your trade show, general session room, or dining room. The column free floor space can be divided into three separate sections for breakout rooms if needed. . Boomer Plaza is located in the front of the Conference Center and a great place to hold a social hour at your next event. The flowing fountain and beautiful Ball Cyprus and Maple trees create a serene setting for your guests. This area is also home to what locals call the “Boomer” statue, an icon for the Enid community. The Cherokee Strip Conference Center has eight smaller meeting rooms. Each room features individual climate controls and lighting. All meeting rooms can be equipped to meet the individual audio-visual needs of your group. The “atrium style” lobby supplies additional ample space for your event. Registration, cocktail hour, buffet tables, or tradeshow items can be set up in this area and set the stage for what your guests will find inside Pioneer Hall. The spacious kitchen in the facility allows easy access for any of the caterers on our approved list. The kitchen area includes stove, oven, countertops, walk-in refrigerators, industrial style sinks, freezer space, ice machine, and plenty storage and workspace.

Payment for all rooms is due upon signature of contract unless alternate arrangements are made at the time of booking. Rates include tables and chairs but do not reflect refundable damage deposit, equipment fees (microphones, tvs, vcrs, projectors, stage, table skirting, coffee service, piano, etc.), or catering charges or food clean up fees. Payment for all rooms is due in full upon receipt of contract at risk of reservation cancellation. The capacities of rooms listed are based on an approximate number of people each room can accommodate. Theatre style describes chairs only; classroom style is rectangular tables with chairs on one side only; oblong and circular tables each seat 8 people.
